I know that’s true. Because today I photographed not just a friend, but a part of my heart—and a miniature version of her, Vanessa, a sweet miracle. I found her there in front of the camera—just as I had hoped I’d one day see her: happy. Fulfilled. A mother. Loved. 🤍
Our story began 18 years ago, and it continues today in the most beautiful and unexpected ways. It has withstood time, distance, and change.
